I offer a half-hour introductory phone call free of charge, for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions about the process. I’ll also explain a bit about my background and approach to counselling.
Because I’m led by you, there really is no “typical” session. The time is yours to talk about whatever is on your mind. It’s as simple as that.
Our sessions will be completely confidential. Nothing that is said in a session will be shared with anyone else, within the bounds of my ethical duty. As a professional I will:
● Always and unconditionally accept you
● Always be honest with you
● Always come alongside you

After your first introductory session, my rate is £65 for a 50 minute session.

No. You don’t have to have a mental health diagnosis to receive counselling. Everyone can benefit from counselling, whatever your circumstances.

With workplace wellbeing support, I am appointed by an organisation to offer a three dimensional approach to health and wellbeing: physical, emotional and mental health.
I create a bespoke package of services to meet your requirements, with services ranging from one-to-one confidential therapeutic counselling sessions to individual and group training sessions on a variety of topics such as how to manage stress or conflict.

Within my role as a school counsellor I work within the school setting to offer appointments to high school pupils. Typically, pupils are referred to me either by their teacher or parent/carer. I run sessions during school hours, on school premises.
